Effective Date: May 6, 2026
At Blessed Paws Kitten Rehoming, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms that apply to all kitten adoptions, sales and rehoming services. Please read this carefully before completing any transaction with us.
Due to the nature of our services involving live animals, all sales and adoption fees are generally non-refundable once a kitten has been collected or delivered. However, we handle every situation with care and compassion and will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees Adoption fees are non-refundable once the kitten has been placed in its new home. This covers the cost of veterinary care, health checks, vaccinations and the care provided during the kitten’s time with us.
2.2 Exceptions A full refund of the adoption fee will be issued if:
Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@blessedpawskittenrehoming.com within 7 days of the adoption date, accompanied by a veterinary report.
3.1 Deposits All deposits paid to reserve a kitten — whether Maine Coon, Ragdoll, British Shorthair, Persian, Bengal, Munchkin, or Siamese — are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place on a waiting list or reserve a specific kitten and represent a commitment from both parties.
A deposit may be refunded only if:
3.2 Full Purchase Price Once a kitten has been collected or delivered and payment has been made in full, the sale is considered final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lifestyle changes or personal circumstances.
3.3 Health-Related Refunds If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious congenital condition within 7 days of purchase, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
All health-related refund claims must be submitted in writing with a full veterinary report to info@blessedpawskittenrehoming.com within 7 days of the purchase date.
4.1 Rehoming Fees Any administrative or rehoming fees paid are non-refundable once the rehoming process has commenced, as these cover costs already incurred including assessments, screenings and care.
4.2 Incomplete Rehoming If we are unable to find a suitable home for your cat within a reasonable timeframe, we will discuss alternative arrangements with you. Any fees paid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5.1 Change of Circumstances We understand that life circumstances can change. If you are no longer able to care for a kitten adopted or purchased from us, please contact us immediately before making any other arrangements.
5.2 Our Commitment Blessed Paws Kitten Rehoming will always accept the return of a kitten or cat that came from us, regardless of breed. The welfare of our animals is our top priority and we will never leave one of our cats without a safe and caring home.
5.3 Return Condition Returned kittens or cats must be in good health and any known health issues must be disclosed at the time of return. We reserve the right to seek veterinary costs if the animal has been neglected or mistreated.
5.4 Refunds on Returns Returning a kitten does not entitle the owner to a refund of any adoption, purchase or rehoming fees already paid.
