When adopting a kitten from Blessed Paws Kitten Rehoming, the following terms apply:
3.1 Application Process All prospective adopters must complete an adoption application. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion, based on the best interest of the kitten.
3.2 Adoption Agreement Upon approval, adopters must sign an adoption agreement before taking ownership of any kitten. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of the new owner and the terms of the adoption.
3.3 Health Guarantee All kittens are health-checked before placement. We provide a health guarantee for a specified period from the date of adoption. This guarantee covers congenital conditions identified by a licensed veterinarian and does not cover illness resulting from neglect, environmental factors or failure to follow veterinary advice.
3.4 Veterinary Care The new owner is responsible for all veterinary care from the date of adoption, including vaccinations, spaying or neutering where applicable, and routine health checks.
3.5 Return Policy If for any reason you are unable to keep your adopted kitten, you must contact us before rehoming or surrendering the kitten to any third party or shelter. We reserve the right to take the kitten back into our care.
4.1 Pricing All kitten prices are listed at the time of enquiry and are subject to change. A deposit may be required to reserve a kitten from a litter.
4.2 Deposits Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the agreed sale. Deposits secure your place on a waiting list or reserve a specific kitten.
4.3 Payment Full payment must be received before or at the time of kitten collection or delivery. We reserve the right to cancel a sale if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
4.4 Kitten Readiness Kittens will only be released to their new homes when they are of appropriate age, fully weaned, litter trained and have received their initial veterinary health check.
4.5 Misrepresentation Any buyer who provides false information during the purchase process will have their sale cancelled immediately with no refund of any deposits paid.
5.1 Eligibility Our rehoming service is available for cats of the breeds we work with — Maine Coon, Ragdoll, British Shorthair, Persian, Bengal, Munchkin, and Siamese — whose owners can no longer care for them. We assess each case individually to determine if we are able to assist.
5.2 Our Role Blessed Paws Kitten Rehoming acts as a facilitator in the rehoming process. We screen potential new families and match cats to suitable homes. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for rehoming.
5.3 Owner Responsibilities The original owner must provide accurate information about the cat’s health history, temperament and any known medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the rehoming process.
5.4 Rehoming Fees A rehoming fee may apply to cover administrative, veterinary and care costs incurred during the process. This fee will be communicated clearly at the time of enquiry.
5.5 Final Decision All final rehoming decisions rest with Blessed Paws Kitten Rehoming. We prioritise the wellbeing of the cat above all else.
